Methods of payment
We accept all major Credit & Debit Cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Solo, Delta, Electron, and Maestro. Payment by VISA, MASTERCARD or Debit Card carries a 2% surcharge. Payment by AMEX carries a 3% surcharge.Payment can also be made by cash and cheque or by direct bank transfer, for which you should contact us for our account details.If you wish to set up a business account, please contact our Accounts Department via the Sales Office.
Delivery within the UK
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 – 4 days (Monday - Friday); subject to stock availability on quantities less than full container loads of palletised materials and for small order bulk-blended materials.
Large orders of palletised materials and bulk-blended materials are normally available within 7 – 10 days subject to stock and transportation availability.
Once we have received your order, we will make every effort to meet your requested delivery date during normal working hours (Monday – Friday), however, it is not possible to specify a time of day without incurring additional carriage costs.
Next-day & Overnight deliveries are available on request and will carry an additional carriage charge.
Delivery within the UK
Goods will only be accepted for return in a clean, un-damaged & re-saleable condition. Split pallet quantities, bulk-loaded materials and part-rolls will not be accepted for return. A 50% refund value of invoiced product price, excluding carriage, will be applied in all circumstances. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and cover the cost of the carriage of materials back to the sellers specified delivery address. The customer will be responsible for insurance in transit and for confirmation that a suitable method of off-loading is available. 48 hours written notice must be provided to ADP Ltd of the intended return date and time. Returned goods will be quality checked on arrival and rejected if they do not comply with quality standards. ADP Ltd decision on this will be final. This does not affect the statutory rights of consumer customers.
